LEADERSHIP MASTERY: AWARENESS
Mastery path to high potentiality and performance
As a Leader (in life or business) you constantly observe and assess yourself and everything around you, understanding that what is true for you is not necessarily the Truth. At any given moment, you are aware of who you are, why you are who you are, and how you are reacting to your circumstances.

Awareness is the foundation to change. It answers questions like 'what is it?, 'What actually happened?. 'What are the facts?'. Most effective and appropriate response can only happen having accurate perception.
Imagine you can be in Response mode (consciously choose an action) vs Reaction mode (responding unconsciously, from the past history).

When you realise that what you believe, see and think is the result of own filters, you can open up to consider other possibilities.

Aspects of Awareness
-
Self awareness - awareness of the belief systems, values, thoughts, feelings, emotional responses and energy levels etc. What is occurring internally.
-
Awareness of reality (ability to know 'what is' actually happening) vs interpretation of what is you believe is happening
-
Awareness of others (including energy and influence of others)
-
Awareness of the environment
-
Awareness of choices and options…
Exploring above aspects is key to mastery.
Without awareness we are not at choice and thus at the effect of our life.
QUESTIONS TO EXPLORE:

-

-

-
When you feel pressure, what effect does it have on you?

Foundation principles
-
Difference between true (true for us is different to others) and truth (what is actually happening or has occurred). Truth = Facts don’t have ego, emotion, or judgment attached to them.

-
Each of us see the world through our own filters and lenses. ‘We don’t see things are they are, we see them as we are’.
TIPS
